Im Looking for widi (Wireless Display) Function on An Desktop PC To Upgrade My Work Computer

Im Looking To Connect My Smart T.v As Extended Monitor For PC

T.v Model:LG 42LB5820-TP (Support: Mira Cast _ Intel's Widi _ WiFi Direct)
Processor: Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz
RAM: 4 GB DDR3

Looking To Update With CASE+Motherbord+USB3.0+4GB RAM+ 6OR More BackPanel USB

You would have to get a CPU that supports it first (like the G3240). Socket 1150

I'm using one here with the ASUS H97M-E. But I dont use the widi function (dont have the widi adapter)

No Other Solution
I Find Some Motherbord's With Widi LGA1155
No Need To Change All Part Its Work Computer
And I have The Smart T.v

So all you would have to do is replace the CPU and buy a widi pci-e adapter

And Win7 or 8 if you dont use it now

The CPU is the only thing that you need to get wireless display NOT the mobo.

So you can keep the mobo just replace the CPU. BUT, you still need the Widi adapter

sorry the processor is not in pool to change to lower model
the i3 batter then what you write if i need to change processor i well cancel all job

Well you cant use it then. Your CPU doesnt support wireless display.

This one is higher than your one. But you would still have to replace the CPU if you want Widi

The Gigabyte site may say it supports it, but you would still have to have a CPU that supports it first
