Hello friends. I have been without a decent headset for a long time now, and I am a lot of trouble diffrentiating the different products I am seeing on the market. I am also having trouble pointing out if so called "gaming headsets" are the better way to go, despite many people saying that regular ones are often better for such a purpose and a clip-on mic or something of the sort.

Regardless, I need a wireless headset. I've had wired ones in the past, I am so done with wires, especially the 100feet long wires they all seem to have, its like they assume I'm trying to hook up my laptop to a headset on the other side of the ocean.

I'd like for it to have the following

  • ■Comfortable ear huggers or whatever, I have been forced to use Beats for lack of better options, while the sound is decent it destroys my ears after wearing them for a long period of time.
    ■No wires
■No more than $150, please don't give me any options above it, no (well, if you spend 10 more dollars you can get THIS), I don't want to spend too much on this.

Thank you in advance for any input you may provide.

I'm confused: Do you *want* a gaming headset?

Regardless, for $100 there's the Logitech G930. I've used it for a couple months, and while I'm not a complete audiophile, the sound quality is fairly impressive.

The wireless is also really pretty good, haven't had any cutouts and my dongle sits really close to one of my wifi bridge transmitters (with no issues).

Don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, but I hope this helps.
