Does anybody see any issues with the changes?
Any suggestions are also welcome.

Specifically regarding the PSU, CPU cooler and maybe some suggestions and points towards which 980ti to get.

I had accidentally bought some from both newegg and outlet pc (didnt clear them from my outlet pc cart) and decided to keep them both.
