So my pc started giving trouble, turning on and off constantly then it would come on for like 2 mins then goes back off. I have noticed that moisture has been building up inside my tower, on the top, the fans, the GPU has some droppings of liquid on it as well. When I place a stick of RAM into the RAM slot of the MOB the CPU fan would start a revving cycle and when I placed it in another slot it would spin normal. I would remove my GPU and the PC would come on showing display then it turns off after a while, I would place it back in and it would come on with a display. Its just confusing how it comes on without the GPU then it comes on with the GPU, it also does the same with the RAM as well. This morning I turned it on and the MOB burst into flames lol. I'm adding a picture if anyone has an idea of the extent of the damage please tell me, Like what parts could be affected and what could of cause this effect. This is the MOB https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B250%20Pro4/index.asp

Where did the moisture come from?
You need to solve this first.

Did someone spill something, are you under an air conditioner, is it near an open window

More than likely you have developed a short due to liquid incursion.

You need to move your PC and get it thoroughly dry before you turn it on.

You may need to remove the motherboard and CPU to dry everything out.
After that you can try to see if anything can be salvaged.
