Looking to build a decent PC

I know this may seem lazy of me but I was wondering of someone could give me a good build for gaming on games like csgo,minecraft,gta 5,black ops 3,etc. My mom gave me an 800 dollar budget which will be my birthday and christmas present. I don't need any 4k graphics i just need something to run at ~60 fps 1080p with a pretty picture. I don't know if it's possible for my price range but I want the parts to look cool so I'd be good with any midtower case.I just got into pc building right as the whole etherum mining thing happened (idk what that is) so I need someone to help me not get screwed over with prices I also need to get windows 10 (i could get a 20 dollar key somewhere) and a monitor with that so like i said don't know if it's possible but I would be so thankful for anyone that could help me.

Going a bit over budget, but we'll worth it. All u need to do is to add 2 more sticks of ram for 16 gigs and a ssd and later upgrade ur gpu. I have already included the top of the line cpu :
