Question looking to buy a new computer for streaming

Hi, I decided to upgrade my pc for streaming, and was wondering if the following computer would do the job. I am new to streaming and this will be the first "gaming" pc I buy so I was looking to get some imput if you think this will do the job. I was going to be streaming mtg arena in 1080p, 60fps

Can you send the specs of your current pc? Because then you could just build an extra mini-ITX with a capture card and hook it up to your pc.

I'm computer illiterate, I rather just buy a premade setup. The computer I have now is a lenovo all in one desktop, doesn't have a seperate tower and monitor.
