Question Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING X TRIO│Fan Control Problem

Hello, recently I found out that for some reason my gpu fans became nearly impossible to control via Fan Control, MSI afterburner, or even AMD adrenalin, not always, but almost as if the card's "BIOS" overwrites the software's settings. (whenever the software's FAN SPEED is bellow the "GPU's"...)
I figured it's something "built" into the gpu or it's bios, so decided to try "MORE POWER TOOLS" to some, but no avail.
Is there possibly a way to make the card's fans fully controllable only via software?
Any help is much appreciated!

Perhaps try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD"s support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Following that, you can try any of the app's mentioned above and see if you can manipulate the fan speeds though this is a good guide;

for AMD's software suite.

Already tried it too, Like I said before, it's almost as if the gpu has A minimum fan RPM threshold at certain temps baked into it.. It simply overrides adrenalin and any other software.

EDIT:
Just got it fixed! apparently there was a setting called "Minimum fan speed" which is exactly what I thought it was - minimal "baked in" gpu fan speed at coresponding temperatures.
