Looking to buy a new monitor

Trying to decide on which one to get these the one's Im looking at

Also I do play fps games a lot so looking for a good monitor to keep up with me.

Either will work great for fps, 144 Hz will make motion blur smoother and textures much less choppy when completing fast actions. Really just a matter of the stand and size you want.

Do both have display port 1.2?

The first one you listed doesn't have that information listed, the second one just has display port as an input, not listing 1.2 or other. Also, these are both TN panels; IPS are better, but more expensive and harder to find.
