Looking to Convert on a Budget

Hey guys. So I'm looking to make the move from AMD to Intel. My budget is 250. What mobo and cpu should I get? I was hoping I could afford an i5 but is that going to work. Side note if the mobo could be red and black that'd be great

You can also opt for the 4460 if you dont wish to spend for the 4590.

The 4590 is clocked slightly higher than the 4460, so marginally better performance.
As for the color scheme. You would have to look at an MSI board, and they are typically not great quality. Poor QC, and there are not any as cheap as the rock.
