putting together a parts list for a cheap computer that will mainly be used for Netflix and YouTube. however it also must be able to handle some games (nothing too demanding, just league of legends, tf2, gmod, and other non-demanding games at (very) low specs using integrated graphics. I want it to be as cheap as possible (sub $300au without windows) and I am looking for ways to cut down build cost. the build is for my friend who doesn't play a lot of video games but wants to start playing however he doesn't want to spend a lot.

H110/B150/H170 chipset doesn't support Kaby Lake CPU's out of the box, they'll need a BIOS update. Might have to look at B250/H270 motherboards instead.

Also, Skylake motherboards don't officially support DDR3 memory, motherboard could be fried due to exceeding voltage limits of 1.35v (DDR3 uses 1.5v).
