I'd mount the rad on the side as exhaust, 2 fans on top as exhaust, 3 on bottom as intake. I'd also not use the industrials, they get loud, even for Noctuas. Anything running on a duty-cycle is going to see 20% or better of that 3000rpm, so minimum fan speeds will be 600rpm, normal ranges of 50% will be definitely audible with 9 running fans and stress tests will require noise canceling earphones.

Using an aio, the only major heat source is the gpu itself, which is also hybrid, so there's actually almost no heat inside the case itself.

Case: NZXT - H700i ATX Mid Tower Case (£158.99 @ AWD-IT)

Since going with a CAM powered AIO, the additional lighting etc from a CAM powered case makes more sense. Put the X72 as front intake, the gpu as rear exhaust and 3x fans up top as case exhaust. Swap case fans for RGB from the aio. No need at all for additional fans.

O11 Dynamic, X72 up top as exhaust, 3-120mm fans on bottom as intake and 3-120mm fans in the middle as exhaust. Either non or RGB/ARGB would look great in this case.

I wouldn't mind the Lian li but I would have to replace my 140mm fans with 3 more 120mm fans and I'd rather just build my system asap

At the moment it's a tie between the 500D SE and the H500M not sure on which one to go one, one of the downpoints for the 500D is the lack of RGB that I have that would look better in the 500D.

Initially thought of the O11-Dynamic but 3 of my fans are 140mm and I'm not a fan of bottom intake cases.

You have a monster AIO for the cpu, and a Hybrid AIO cooled gpu. What case heat? All you need do is supply a little air, it doesn't even need good directional flow that's highly important to air cooled equipment. Those fans are massive overkill in any situation. Only if using the AIO's as intakes will that change, you'd then need actual flow characteristics and decent exhaust, but otherwise you could slap all that in any 360mm capable case with a 120mm exhaust, the Lian-Li will be a little awkward for that with 3x 360mm placements.
