Looking to play BF3 but "missing dxgi"

Hey guys I just bought BF3 and downloaded it. When I go to play it it says error, invalid licence...missing dxgi. I have tryed everything from updating my directx to placing the dxgi file (copy and paste) and putting it into the bf3 folder. I do have Windows Vista Service Pack 2. I really want to play so please give me a solution

Did you perform any task that involves rolling back or uninstalling program(s)?

1. Update to directx 11.

2. Find the original dxgi.dll in your windows/system32 folder. Copy the file.

3.Open your battlefield 3 folder (program files/origin games/ battlefield3) .
Paste the dxgi.dll file there.
