Question Looking to Possibly upgradeing my equipment alittle bought it couple years ago from cybertron.com any suggestions?

If you upgrade your CPU to something modern it will require a new Motherboard and DDR4 RAM. The 1060 is still a good card for 60 FPS 1080P gaming but I would say the FX 9590 is probably the biggest limiting factor for gaming, since even at the time the FX line wasn't very good. I would wait for the Ryzen 3 announcements before considering a CPU upgrade.
 
It is dependent on how much you want to spend.

The GPU is one of the few things I would keep from your rig.

Buy a new CPU, Motherboard and RAM. If you currently don't have the money for all that, start buying things separately (1.RAM 2. MOBO 3. CPU) (you might as well sale your old parts to save money).

Upgrade that SSD to something from Samsung, you will see an incredible difference in speeds.
