I'm looking to replace the UBEE modem/router that was supplied by my ISP, TWC now Spectrum. It's about 2-3 years old. I don't know much about routers, or modems and really how I should go about replacing it in terms of what to get. I have about 7 people in my household. One who games heavily and the rest who use the WiFi mostly for cell phones, iPads, laptop work, and using FireStick's to access movies, TV, etc. What would be the best networking device for my house to accommodate all the user's in my household.

Solution
You should check with your ISP, not all modems will work and they have a list of those that do. Or, get a new one from your ISP, technology changes and cable modems 2-3 yrs old have been updated.
