Looking to solve Formatting problems

while i want to format my laptop when the laptop loaded files it presented to me this screen:

STOP: c00021a(Fatal System Error)
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0X00000000 (0Xc0000001 0X001003a8)
The system has been shut down.

What laptop? And what EXACTLY were you doing (step by step please) that generated this error and where? Thanks
