Looking to try my first RAID setup

I currently have two identical SATA 80gb seagate drives in my system. I'm running very low on space and was looking to purchase a new drive. My idea was; that I would buy a new (probably 320gb) drive for general data, and then RAID 0 my other two drives for Windows and other programs. My motherboard is an Asus p5q pro, with the Intel ICH10R southbridge. Would this work out ok? (I have 0 raid experience) And is there anything I should know before I dive in?

Well, you can try reading the RAID FAQ. You should also make sure you have the necessary software ready to get your planned RAID setup to work before you attempt.
