Hello all,
After going through some old boxes, I came across an old laptop. I fired it up, and it surprisingly still works. I wiped the hard drive, reinstalled Windows, and got the computer ready for everyday use.
Although the laptop is pretty irrelevant (I have a $1,000 home-built gaming PC) I was looking to get some use out of it as a web browser/media center. One slight issue, though- it has a Intel Pentium T2310, which is really slow. I would be wiling to spend from 30-50 dollars to upgrade the CPU, just as a side project kind of thing. So far I came across this:http://www.stikc.com/Intel-Xeon-SL7ZD
Would that CPU be compatible with my laptop? If not, what processor would work within my budget? Thank you ahead of time!
Here are all the specs of my laptop:

P.S. I understand this laptop is really outdated and all, but I am kind of just looking for something to do, so please do not recommend me buying a new laptop, because as stated above, I already have an exceptionally powerful desktop computer.
