A few years ago I bought a HP ENVY h8-1534 Desktop and I am finally getting around to upgrading the GPU. Its Current specs are

Motherboard - M3970AM-HP (Angelica2)
Processor - AMD FX-6200
Memory 10GB DDR3-1600
GPU - Eyefinity Radeon HD 7570
Hard Drive - 1.5 TB
Power Supply - Internal 460W (100V-240V)

I was looking into getting a GTX 960, but from what I read I am not sure it will work/fit. I also am not sure if I need to upgrade the power supply or motherboard. I am looking to keep the price between 300-500$ for everything and would like to be able to run GTA V and such at high settings smoothly if possible.

Because it is not compatible with the Motherboard? I checked over at http://www.pc-specs.com/ with my motherboard and none of the newer models are listed for it. That is why I am asking here.

I don't know what pc-specs.com is or why it's not listed there but if a motherboard has a PCie slot (Which yours does) and your power supply can handle it (which it can) then it will work.

Okay I'll take a look at it, what kind of power supply would you suggest? Also My case is a Mid-size ATX so will there be enough room? Thanks for the help everyone.
