Question Looking to upgrade gtx 1660 to rtx 3060

I was looking to upgrade to a 3060 from a 1660. I'm just worried that it may not be compatible with my pc, doesn't have enough power, may need extra cables, or does not have enough space. I just want to make sure I can plug and play.

PC specs
PSU: cx650m
motherboard: z390 auros pro wifi
CPU: i7-9700k
RAM: 16GB

Do I need to replace anything if I decide to upgrade to a 3060?

I wanna say it is at least 3 years old. I'm not sure what you mean by grey or green label.

Edit: If you mean the text on the psu, it is a grey label/color
