Looking to upgrade my computer

I had my computer for a couple of months now, but I feel like I should upgrade something. I also have been noticing some lagging while playing Battlefield 4. I used to get about around 100fps at medium settings, but ever since I updated my graphics card. it seems to play below 50fps.

If i would you i would wait a little bit for a cpu/mothboard upgrade with kabylake and zen coming. Why not get a new gpu ?

Any budget?
It'd be fair to say get a FX 6350/8320 and maybe keep the GPU and OC it a little bit. Should run well.
