Looking to Upgrade my CPU and Motherboard

I am currently in the process of upgrading to an i7-6700 for the CPU and a MSI MSI Gaming Z170A GAMING M5 for the motherboard. My only concern is my wiring situation isn't the best, when switching out the motherboard and cpu will I need to replace wires? Will I need to buy anything extra? Anything you guys see that I am overlooking? Any and all help is appreciated as I am new to upgrading this part of a computer system.

I do not, only 2 DDR3 4G sticks. Is that something I should look into?

Yes that UPGRADE needs DDR4 2133.
