Looking to get a new gpu, I want to play as many games as i can in 1080p at 60fps, Here is my current build:
Processor:AMD FX-4130 3.8GHz Quad-Core
Mobo:MSI 760GM-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Power:Inwin 350W ATX Power Supply
Ram:Corsair 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Case:Zalman ZM-T2 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Gpu: Nvidia geforce gt610 ( Garbage)

Any suggestions would be appreciated and let me know if i should replace anything else. ( upgrading my ram as well) Price range for the gpu is about 300

Thanks!

it would if it was a $300 card you were going to buy. 4130 is the worse modern amd cpu for gaming, barring a 2 core.

you are going to get a 960, which is going to get bottlenecked a bit

sadly i dont think your mobo could handle overclocking the cpu by much

Would it be best to upgrade cpu first then? Game preformance with the gt610 is unbearable ahaha thats why i want it gone first.

Thank you,

This would be a good upgrade for you to do now. Upgrade the CPU later. The GPU is more important for gaming.

There would be some bottlenecking however I disagree that it would bottleneck it "pretty hard" and ya certainly don't need a whole new computer build.

Grab a the highly recommended GTX 960 and you'll find yourself in a world of awesome.

You still need a 400 Watt or greater power supply for a GTX 960 and it has to be of decent quality too. You might be able to get away with using a 350 watt PSU but I wouldn't take that risk myself. You could damage your new graphics card or some of the other components too if something goes wrong.
