Question Looking to upgrade my GPU

I have an older build from 2018 and I'm looking to make minimal upgrades to it and by minimal I mean only a GPU swap. Here's my current build:

CPU
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
Summit Ridge 14nm Technology

RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)

Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING (AM4)

Graphics
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (MSI)

so, what are my GPU options that can keep up with current games with the current build I have?

What PSU? What resolution monitor? What games?

Any games in specific? There's a whole lot of games, that grinds CPU, and would be able to run smoothly on this system.

thank you for the reply lads I ended up doing some more solo research and ended up buying the asus 550 prime, ryzen 5 5600x and new ram sticks all for just $480, pretty good deal for a significant performance increase to my existing system.
