Yeah current GPU is fine. PSU is fine too wattage wise. You might consider replacing it depending on how old it is just to protect against end of life failure.
Are you able to briefly educate me on how people decide what psu is needed?
You can use PCpartpicker and assemble your build in it. It will give you an estimated wattage and another 100 watts to whatever number it gives you for safety and that's the amount you should aim for.
That all said unless you are doing SLI or using threadripper it would be amazing for you to ever need more that 600w.
As for my age point you really don't want to keep using a PSU if its 10 years old. At five years you might start to think about a replacement. But most people just wait till they make a new build and simply get a new PSU then, which usually averages out to about 5 years anyways.
