Lookng for Laptop to handle Elgato HD60

I need a laptop that can record Xbox one gameplay on the Elgato HD60 (preferably at least 1080p 30fps) and be able to stream also. I have a hp 2000 but the specs are too low to run the capture card. The maximum budget I have is about 400$. Please leave links to some suggestions. If I have to go over my budget, then that's fine. Any ideas to some I could buy?

Most modern laptops will be able to run it my old laptop was running an old Intel i3 dual core if I'm remembering correctly. Try to find one with an Intel i7 quad core and you should be fine.
