You have a $2K budget - get yourself a much better PSU and cooling configuration. The H7 is good, an R1 or D15 would be better. Also your build has no storage - you should at least get a 250GB SSD and HD at minimum. I would do something like this:

That is true - no storage at all. Usually when someone posts a build that omits something so overtly necessary as storage, it's because they already own the component or components that are missing. But it's a fair question - just what kind of SSD and/or HDD do you plan to use? (perferably both for most builds except for the hdd-only budget gamer builds that are so popular - although with a $2000 budget, an SSD is pretty much required for it to make sense)
