what type of m.2 ssd will last a long time

like i have seen 3-d vertical ,emlc, mlc ,slc and tlc will this count into any factors for life expectancy?

i also plan on the m.2 ssd for gaming

corsair and samsung are good brand
the 960 pro is the best for performance
