Around 1 year ago, maybe more, a can of soda was spilled into my pc by accident from the top (I know, very dumb but a mistake)

The PC wouldn't turn on for a couple of days but eventually, came back to life on it's own (I can't remember what troubleshooting steps I took) I think I just left the side open with a fan to air out for a long, long time.

Ever since then, I've had quite a few issues. Although this might not be the source of the issue, it's just the worst thing that has happend to my system since I had it built.
Around 1 & 1/2 month ago, I had frequent BSOD's within a 24 hour period. I made a post about it, which is quite important to this story.

Today, my speaker fell on top of my PC and it instantly froze up, I also made a post about it.

BOTH these issues ended up the same outcome. Eventually, the pc stopped posting, showed a solid bright orange DRAM led on the motherboard when booting. After changing out the ram to different slots (slots 1-3, 2-4, 1-4 etc) trying one at a time etc, eventually, the system posts and I am good to go for a long while until the next issue arises.

It happened again today after my speaker post on Reddit. My PC completely hard froze in the middle of a game and it wouldn't post. DRAM LED issue again, messed about with ram, it has now posted and I am typing from it currently. This issue happened around 2-3 hours after my speaker fell onto my PC.

What the hell could be wrong with my system? this has happened multiple times now and I cannot figure out the issue and I don't have money to get it looked at.

I would really appreciate ANY input, please!
