"Lost" 11 GB of hard drive after overclocking

Hi all, I just OCed my cpu mildly. After doing some stress and temperature tests I find the used space of my hard drive increased by 11GB, but I didn't do anything else. Does anyone know the reason?

It may be the system restore points, temporary files, Hibernate file, page file etc. Try removing the temporary files.

in start menu or Run command type (without quotes) "%temp%" and delete everything inside. Also it might be the page file increased due to RAM overloads.
