Lost a lot of FPS for some reason I believe it's my RAM?

I have been loosing FPS but I don't know what is wrong. I have Geforce GTX 1060, and I suspect my ram is the cause of this issue. I bought this computer pre-built and I only upgraded the PSU and the GPU the RAM has stayed the same and the brand is "ADATA". Any information you need ask me and I may provide

Here are my specs:
Intel Core i5 6600k 3.5 gigahertz
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060
2x4GB ADATA RAM (came from a pre-built computer I bought)
Seasonic 80+ Certified Bronze 550 W PSU
H110M Pro-D Mother Board
Case : CoolerMaster Elite 431 Black / Blue Mid-Tower Gaming Case

I don't know if it is my RAM or what but I need a pro's help !

Also I need to know if this RAM I suggest is compatible with my motherboard.

1st I would download and run HWINFO in sensor more and monitor your CPU temperature low and high while you game, (run it in background) and when you get FPS drops, look at the HWINFO information, if the temp is over 85'c your throttling, and need to fix the heatsink paste or the fan(s) from your GPU, this is assuming your not already messing around with the Fans speed with MSi for example and running them too low because of noise. there are a lot of reasons why a GPU will have FPS issues, but temperature is number one.

As for memory for your motherboard, your H110M Pro-D can only handle DDR4-2133Mhz I would not waste any money on any faster ram as it will not utilize it, as you cannot overclock either cpu or ram on your motherboard.
if you want faster than DDR4-2133 ram then you need to change your motherboard to a Z270 Motherboard type.

Ok, so here's what I got right when I launched a CPU heavy game all my CPU temps start and and when I'm idle its 90'c to about 100'c when I game. My GPU started at 44'c and after playing for a bit they went to 50'c-60'c and stayed around there. I became curious about CPU as why is was getting so hot and with a little bit of curiosity I took my PC apart and realized that my CPU fan was practically holding on by one wedge or thingamajig to the board. So the problem is Thermal Throttling? So I have to replace my CPU fan and just re apply thermal paste? If that's the case I might need your help on purchasing a compatible CPU fan.

Is that compatible with my system? I am very worried that if I buy an incompatible part to my system I just get anxious. Also here are the pictures of my CPU heatsink. I feel like I might need a bit smaller one as it looks like it can touch my GPU and my RAM from the size. EDIT: Ok after a bit of research it is compatible, thank you for the help my fellow friend
