lost admin permissions

Im an idiot. I thought i was denying a computer on my network access to the computer i am currently using and in doing so i denied myself (admin) all the permissions on my own computer.
Everything i have read here doesnt work because i need admin permission but i accidently checked 'deny' on every permission box so now i cant do anything except surf the web. any idea how to turn them back on or am i relegated to just reformat and start from scratch?
any help would be appreciated.

You can log in to Windows default administrator account to restore the permissions for your own user account:
