Lost My Documents Please help urgently

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

I lost all my useful documents while I accidentally deleted the My Documents
folder to recycle bin.Along with it I also deleted some other folders but
when I tried to restore them My Documents folder got totally lost.Can there
be some way to retrive them.I deleted it from a different OS ie the My
document was of different OS.I tried out viewing all hidden system folders
but of no use.
Any suggestion??
