More information is needed. What computer do you have: hardware, software?

Is the computer not booting (starting up)? What, if anything, has been done to or changed on the computer?

Are there any error numbers, beeps, or pop-up windows?

if you switched wires for your drives you might have to set them in the bios or tap f8 during boot to get to the boot menu and see if you have an os there. I also recommend that once you do get it going, make a partition on the drive and install a windows boot.
