Lost password on my cisco e1000.

I lost my password to my wireless cisco e1000. I have an unsecured connection and want to make it secure again.

There is a red button on the modem labeled "reset."

According to the user's guide (http://downloads.linksys.com/downloads/userguide/E1000_V10_UG_USA_NC-WEB,0.pdf) You need to press AND HOLD the reset button for about 5 seconds.
