[SOLVED] Loud AIO Fans

I just finished my new build and was doing some stress testing. Everything seems great except that the ARCTIC COOLING Liquid Freezer II - 280 started to make a loud clicking noise - which sounds like a bad fan from my experience. Under normal load its very quiet. I ran the stress tests with the fans manually turned off and there was no sound; when I added the fans back under full load testing the sound returned. So at least one fan...
I put in an RMA request to seller and manufacturer to see what each has to say, yet I'm thinking I may want to just get new HQ 140mm fans and add them myself.
My question is does anyone know which fans would work best with the ARCTIC COOLING Liquid Freezer II - 280? The current fans seem like they're unique with short cables neatly organized and all plugged into the cooler apparatus which then connects to the motherboard. I'd like to keep that cabling configuration.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I used this guidance and the video you posted.
The radiator is on the front with tubes down.
I tested this way:
Full load - noise "clicking" like something hitting the blades.
Normal load up to 1200ish RPM - no noise.
greater than 1200ish RPM - loud clicking
Full load with fans off - no noise.
Seems like fans to me.
Here's a video of the issue.

I think you are right, like a card in the bike wheel..... maybe a fan is off centre and at speed the force is making it catch the frame. Did you check that none of the cables from the fan are caught between the fan and the radiator?
Yes I was careful when I turned the fans around and put it back together. Then I heard the noise, removed it, and thoroughly checked the cables and reattached making sure no cables were any where near the fan blades. I also checked for any other installed cables near it and there are none. I didnt see anything obviously wrong with the blades.
My guess is its a bad fan. Its the bottom one of the two yet I want to replace both with HQ radiator fans yet I don't know which fans would match the radiator as it has its own cable management and pins, etc.

As for a good replacement you are looking for "High Static Pressure Fans" as normal case fans will do a job but are not really up to it, I have good experience with Noctua and Corsair.
Thanks for that. I'll likely get Noctua - do you have any insight into which fan types to get or if they make them with shorter cables - as the Arctic seems to have shorter cables managed around the fans attached to the radiator with one cable going to mobo...

You just need standard size 120mm fans like this. I am in Germany but they are available in many countrys... as you see you don't just get a fan, you get a kit !!!

There are also the "industrial fans" but they can be very loud, nearly twice that of a normal fan.
The current fans are 140mm so would this be what I need?

I also see it has a variety of cabling options which may address the existing cable management on the ARCTIC COOLING Liquid Freezer II - 280.
Thanks again for all your help.
