Loud black screen

Ok when I launch my pc it comes up saying repairing disk may take a few hours but then my screen goes black and the fans inside the pc get really loud and stays like that till I turn it off by the switch just wondering if anyone can help

first repaste cpu cooler it might be overheathing also list all your parts specs .

Did you try cleaning the inside of your PC? the crash with loud fans can be caused by dust, mainly inside the PSU.
