Loud Motherboard Fan

Hey guys, Recently my motherboard has been giving loud fan noise. It's just all of a sudden. I've googled and checked some articles and they said I can control the speed of the fan via BIOS menu > Power Tab. Surprisingly my motherboard doesn't show me any power tab in bios. Here's a small 6 second video to show how the problem is like. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

PS: No wire is being stuck within or over the fan.

that sounds more like a fan spinning at max speed. because your cpu is getting hot .... what temp is your cpu at?

The only time I've ever heard that sound coming from a fan is when it had an obstruction or it was spinning off its axel a bit. Blowing out the heatsink and fan with canned air. Also try tapping the middle of the fan when it is running and see if the noise goes away.

This worked, I've changed the alignment and there was a small wire that kept coming in the way. Removed it. Thank you.
