Question Loud PC Noise when Windows loads, only lasts for a minute ?

Hey, My PC recently started to make loud fan noise after booting. Specifically when the Windows screen showed up the noise starts. After a minute the noise stops and it never makes noises. To be honest it doesn't affect my daily usage at all, but I'm concerned that it might harm the PC so I wanted to ask here what can be the reason and how can I fix it ?

Probably the best way is to test the fans one by one. However, it happens at a specific time (when Windows loads) so it's hard to test every time maybe someone knows the answer.

When you say the fan makes loud noise, do you mean it spins faster up to top speed then drops back to normal speed?

Probably yes. However, if that's the case it's only time that peaks speed because I've never heard such noise after the boot even while gaming at max or rendering something.

Have you changed any settings in the bios recently? Fan curves or anything? What about MSI afterburner, any overclocking?
