Hey guys, one of my good friends from work had his computer go out on him within the past week. He was running an old Intel dual core computer, but it got the job done. He did notice lots of lag time here and there, but was able to work with it. The software he will be using is just a VLC media player and FL Studios to edit. I am unfarmiliar with the software but he is wanting to build a PC that will run it smooth with a budget of $400.

Here is what I have come up with. We would love to have parts ordered by today to start the build as early as possible. Besides a copy of windows, we are going to reuse his old HDD and use the motherboards GFX. Will this build suffice?
