Low budget cpu mainly for csgo

Should I buy an i3 6100 with gtx 750ti or an i5 6500 without any gfx. I am mainly concerned about how much fps I will get on csgo and I don't care much about graphics. What should I do?
Some main peripheral which are common in both are:
8gb corsair vengeance ddr4 ram
Corsair 550watt smps.

obviusely you should go with the 750 ti option, as even csgo needs a GPU

Won't the inbuilt graphics of i5 6500 be able to run csgo in low/medium settings ?

But its an i7 processor.

Makes no difference. The HD 530 graphics are the same on the i5 an i7, and on the i3, clocked a little lower.
