Low Budget Gaming Computer

I'm looking to build a cheap gaming computer, that can run the latest games at a decent FPS and would prefer it to be under $500. I don't need an OS or any peripherals... Thank you!

It's a little over your budget but well worth the extra cost considering the performance you'd get from it..
If you just can swing that extra $40 or so then change the CPU to an i3 6100.
