Hello everyone. So, i really want to upgrade my 6 y/o computer with a new GPU, but my budget is low ( lets say bellow 80 euros ). Currently , i have a Palit GT 210 with heatsing instead of a fan. Yeah, it's crap, but it was an urgent buy since my previous one, GT 220, stopped working due to to much dust on the fan. Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz
RAM: 4gb ( basically 3.2gb because 32bit Windows 7 )
Motherboard: Asus P5KPL-AM SE DDR2
PSU: NOD ATX 550W (PSU-006)

Solution
GT730 about fits your budget.
But... you want the 64 bit version, not the 128 bit version.

The 64 bit version has 384 cuda cores compared to 90 on the 128 bit version.
The faster bus of the 128 bit version does not compensate sufficiently.

The GT730 is of sufficiently low power that the fanless versions are ok if you have decent case ventilation.

Solution
Yes the 730 gddr5 will be a good match for your very old system.
To give you an idea,i have the 1gb gddr5 version of Gigabyte gt730.Plays GTA V at normal quality at 1600*900@40-50fps and Hitman Absolution at 45-55fps at medium settings@1600*900. Just don't expect to play Witcher 3 on it though.
