Hello. What is the cheapest gpu that can run mostly anything on low

A GTX 750 ti is probably the cheapest card I would reccomend for gaming unless you want to look at something used, the gtx 1050 is much better if you can find one cheap.

The RX 460 can run pretty much everything on medium-high @ 1080p

Define your terms. "Run" as in it will technically boot up and function, or "run" as in 60fps? '"On low" as in just low settings or low as in low settings and low resolution?

Low settings,same resolution,run at 40 fps +
