Hi i am looking for a graphics card which can run triple monitor in high settings on games like Fernbus simulator, american truck simulator, prepar3d (flight simulator), city car driving, etc. I previously had a msi gtx 970 4gb which ran these game in ultra settings and even gta v on high settings on triple monitor. I want something equivalent or even something better than the gtx 970 and my budget is from £150-£200. Also i need a good cpu to go with it also in a cheap price of around £150 to £180. I overall have a budget of around £500 to £600 top. Thats the whole PC. I was wanting a high amount of ram aswell which is costly also.

Is it better then the gtx 970 and also for the gtx 1060 what do you mean by SGB

Reuse your existing storage devices or lower the RAM to accommodate a SSD for faster performance.

Is the Asus Radeon RX 480 8GB Dual OC Video Card better than the gtx 970 and can it run games in ultra and high settings like gta v on triple monitor?

right and i previously had a i6 4690k is this new cpu u recommended better? The cpu i5 7500 3.40ghz is also on sale for the same price

Right ok just to confirm do you think I'm better off with going with a i5 7500 kaby lake cpu and a asus rx480 gpu. Do you think these can perform better in triple monitor than my previous pc of a gtx 970 and a i5 4690k would?

7500 is maybe 2% to 5% better than 4690k. RX 480 is around 10% to 15% better than gtx 970. What you need is something like a i7-7700k with atleast a gtx 1070, to see that kind of increase. I would say, for now try to overclock both your cpu and gpu as they are both overclcokable and see if the performance improves a bit.
Either that, or discard your triple monitor setup and switch to a single display.

Got good news i might be a able to get the msi gtx 1060 6gb with the i5 7500! or do you think its better just sticking with the asus graphics card

that would go way out of my budget

Well, you have all the facts above for you to make decision. My advice at this point is either to save for a more powerful build or go one part at a time. You might see some performance increment with the new architecture and technology but not sure how much of an increment it will be over your current setup.
The 3 monitor setup is the main issue here.

Do you think its worth paying an extra £100 for the slight improvement for the gtx 1080 6gb?

sorry i meant is it worth spending the extra £100 for the 1060 6gb instead of the asus you told me about in that list?

the 480 seems better than the 1060

would it be a huge difference on triple monitors with the games such as fernbus simulator, american truck simulator, prepar3d (flight simulator), city car driving because I could spend that £100 extra for the 1060 else where or do you think it will make a huge difference in the performance and the settings and fps of the game
