Hi i am looking for a graphics card which can run triple monitor in high settings on games like Fernbus simulator, american truck simulator, prepar3d (flight simulator), city car driving, etc. I previously had a msi gtx 970 4gb which ran these game in ultra settings and even gta v on high settings on triple monitor. I want something equivalent or even something better than the gtx 970 and my budget is from £150-£200. Also i need a good cpu to go with it also in a cheap price of around £150 to £180. I overall have a budget of around £500 to £600 top. Thats the whole PC. I was wanting a high amount of ram aswell which is costly also.

Im saying that do you think its worth spending another £100 to upgrade from a 480 to 1060 because if the 480 can run those simulator im high or ultra settings on triple moniter then im fine with it because i dont play games like gta v or high performance demanding games anyways.

OS: 7/8/8.1/10 (64bit only)
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 or similar AMD Radeon (no support for onboard cards)


American Truck Simulator Recommended Requirements
CPU: Info
CPU Speed: Quad core CPU 3.0 GHz
RAM: 6 GB
OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 64-bit
Video Card: GeForce GTX 760-class (2 GB)


Prepar3D Recommended Requirements
CPU: Info
CPU Speed: Quad Core 3.0 GHz (Per Core) +
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Video Card: Graphics card with Full DirectX 11 Support and 4 GB + (GDDR5 or better)



Both 480 and 1060 meets those requirements. So both of them should be good. If you are getting one 100 pound cheaper, then you should grab it.

Ok i have had a look and which do you think is better the - asus rx 480 strix 8gb or the msi gtx 1060 6gb?

Right heres the 3 final gpu. Lets not worry about the budget these are the three i can get which one would u recommend considering the game and the triple 1080p monitors

Msi GTX 1060 6GB

ASUS Radeon RX480 STRIX O.C. 8GB Graphics Card

ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 DUAL O.C. 6GB
