Low budget PC build

Hi every one
I have been playing console gaming for about four years now and i wanted to get into pc gaming. The only problem is I dont really know what is a good build for games like bf4 and cod that cost under 800.

Nope this would be just for the computer P.s the monitor i have is a 24" Widescreen 1920x1080

I like it so this would be able to play bf4 and cod on what kind of settings

All in ultra settings although you may have to wait a week or so after a game is released for it to be optimised. The i5 is better than an and 8 core CPU at gaming http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/434?vs=701 .
The gtx760 is good enough for most games to run in ultra!

The biggest issue is I don't see a big improvement in gaming and the price is quite a bit higher! The benchmark is below:

Thank you so much for helping me but i have one more question. What kind of mother board???

any that have good reviews, or bad ones that have an official fix (buggy bios that needs an update etc..) will do, I'm currently using a GA-Z68AP-D3 Rev 2.0 but have used an ASRock H61M-DGS and at stock almost the same performance. The GA-Z68AP-D3 overclocks better though!
