Low CineBench score

I have a ryzen 5 2400g with the stock cooler and I Started to over clock my Cpu I over clocked it from 36mghz to 38mghz and I also increased ram to 2770mghz. I ran Cine bench And got a severly low score of 488 so I went back and changed my ram back the original 2667mghz(i think it was around there) and once I went back and ran cine bench and got a 756 why are my scores so low and what can i do to increase them? I see people with this cpu getting 846.

I think he means he overclocked from 3.6GHz to 3.8GHz.
