Question Low CPU and GPU usage on video Rendering in Davinci Resolve and Premiere Pro

Hey guys,

So I just bought a Ryzen 2700 with B450M Mortar Max with a GTX 1050ti 16gb RAM and when I render videos with GPU Acceleration my CPU and GPU utilization is always below 20%. I played games like APEX and Valorant, the same CPU and GPU low utilization but no lag at all.

Any thoughts on what I can do with it since I see no signs of a bottleneck with both hardware. I just need to fully use my CPU and GPU performance
