Fixed by resetting PC completely, reinstalled Windows

Can you share the make and model of your laptop? Can you also check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? Version of Windows 10? Ideally you should be on version 21H1. You mentioned using ThrottleStop, are you undervolting? If so, they aren't being saved by the system, since the voltages are 0.000

Thank you for the reply, and I am running Windows 10 Home version 20H2, my PC is an Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming (Laptop). I'm not undervolting. My BIOS version is 1.9.0
