low cpu usage

hello, i have low cpu usage about 40-60%.
my GPU is in 99-100% usage.
My Pc:
i7 6700k
gigabyte h270-Gaming 3
Gtx 1060 6gb Extreme Gaming
HyperX SSD 120GB
1TB Hard Drive
16 GB HyperX RAM
I Get About 30-40 Fps In ROCKET LEAGUE. couple of days ago i got 210-240 Fps.
If Anyone can Tell Me What To Do It Will Be Amazing. Ty

You can try to overclock it. I'd recommend at least a 4.5GHz boost, but it really sounds like driver/software issues.

i Can't... :/ i have h270 motherboard. i played very good couple of days ago. how can it be that i get 20 fps i rocket league when 3 days ago i got 210 ?
